How do I talk?
Click on and hold down the Talk button at the bottom left hand corner of the VoicePresence device to talk. The Talk button text changes to Live when you're talking. The volume meter to the right indicates how loud you sound to others in the room.
You may also talk by pressing and holding down the F9 key on your keyboard.

How do I use text chat?
If you'd like to chat with others using text rather than voice, click on Text Chat located at the bottom right of the VoicePresence window and the floating Text Chat window will open. Clicking on the Text Chat button when the window is open, will close the window. The Text Chat Button will flash each time a user sends a text message, thus prompting you to open the Text Chat window. Simply type in this window to use text chat. You can text chat while someone else is talking. You can resize and move the text chat window to fit your preferences.
