| Opinion: | I believe that Health Insurance carried on after retirement should remain the primary carrier with medicare picking up the secondary portion. I have found that the carrier my wife has after 30 years employment with A.T.& T. barely covers anything after medicare payments. The insurance should be responsible for the 80% and then medicare pay the balance. |
