Subject: Two party system ?
Author: Dale
Opinion: Why is it?? When congress is in session and a republician presents a bill, it is approved almost 100 % by the republician party and disapproved by the same margin by the democrats. Now, an almost identical bill is presented by a democrat and gets almost 100% approval by the democrats, and is disapproved by the same margin by the republicians. It would seem some of each party might find something good about the other party's bill. We apparently don't have a two party system, but rather two one party systems and neither can find any good in the other. What ever Happened to the slogan of "What's good for the country or what's good for the people". Why is it???

Title: Speed Limits

Speed limits should be abolished. Replace speed limit signs with "suggested speed".Tickets can still be given as reckless or careless driving. Very few drivers pay any attention to the speed limit anyway, and very few tickets are ever issued. At "suggested speed" at least everyone is not continually breaking the law.
